CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You are always in control  of your Subscription. You can pause, skip add or swap products, or cancel your subscription at any time.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER ARRIVE?

Currently as we are a small family business so we can only post out one day a week. Orders received by Tuesday 5pm any week to be dispatched on Wednesdays. Orders are accepted on our shop 24/7.

Goods are sent via our 2 delivery partners, APC & EVRI for next day delivery first class post. 

All delivery times quoted are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery at any particular time or date although we will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.

HOW SOON MUST I CANCEL BEFORE MY NEXT ORDER PROCESSES?

Orders must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to your next scheduled shipment date.
